Page's Walk

London 2011
Video documentation of an action

in a state of appropriation

First short film, showing the flâneur discovering his environment. He stumbles upon Page's Walk, a mainly residential street in south London, where he encounters, at first, an abandoned WWII tank. As he walks, he notices that at one end of the street, a historically industrial sector of the city, has been transformed into residences, with coloured doors and shutters. On the other side, however, the reminiscent of the industrial era still lingers.
